Termite Titans ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website termitetitans.com (the "Site"). We are a referral service that connects homeowners and property managers with licensed termite and pest control professionals in California. We are not a pest control company and do not perform pest control services directly.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information we receive from visitors to our Site and individuals who submit lead inquiry forms. It also describes the rights available to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or racial/ethnic origin) through our Site or lead forms.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Contractor Matching: To connect you with licensed, pre-screened termite and pest control professionals in your area.
- Communications: To send you a confirmation of your inquiry and follow-up communications related to your service request.
- Site Operations: To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues and analyzing usage patterns.
- Analytics: To understand how visitors use the Site using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies and collect browsing data.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
- Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
- Licensed Contractor Network: When you submit a lead inquiry, your contact information, service request, and location are shared with one or more licensed pest control contractors in our network. By submitting a form on our Site, you consent to being contacted by these contractors.
- Email Service Provider (Postmark): We use Postmark to send transactional confirmation and notification emails. Postmark receives your name and email address solely for this purpose.
- Analytics Providers: We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which may collect browsing data, IP addresses, and device identifiers. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Our website and database are hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that process data solely as service providers under our direction.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, sharing personal information with our contractor network and analytics providers may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA's broad definition. 5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Site to function properly.
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source.

6. DATA RETENTION
- Lead inquiry data (name, phone, email, service request): Retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
- Analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 26 months).
- Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Site is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information promptly.
