No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that any contractor in our network will be available, that you will be satisfied with the services performed, or that any pest problem will be resolved. We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or effectiveness of any contractor's work.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us. You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance before hiring. You are responsible for all agreements and payments made directly with contractors.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Termite Titans and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Termite Titans shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or reliance on any contractor referral. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
